Coaching for bootstrapped solo SaaS founders
For B2B SaaS operators building a side project on nights and weekends who want a first paying customer without quitting the day job.

Does this sound familiar
Every month you wait is another month of nights and weekends spent on a product nobody has agreed to buy.
You're building without knowing if anyone will pay
Eleven months on the same MVP and it still does not feel ready to show anyone. Every week adds a feature. No week adds a customer.
You can onboard a thousand users, just not your first ten
You have run hundreds of discovery calls for someone else's product. When the product is yours, a lukewarm answer feels personal, so you open Figma instead of your inbox.
You ship like a team of ten when you're a team of one
You read every framework, watch every indie hacker video, and still land back at your day job on Monday with nothing shipped.
About Peter
I spent 10+ years in B2B SaaS across Customer Success, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and Operations, from startups to enterprise. I led a roughly $3M ARR book and shipped digital products. Every role taught me the same thing: listen to customers, build what people want, and sell without being pushy.
The most useful education came later, building my own thing from scratch. I know what the doorway between operator and founder feels like because I'm standing in it right now, using the same AI-assisted workflows I teach.

Results
Nothing here is theory. Each number comes from a role where customers, revenue and renewals were my job.

How it works
Step 1, free
We diagnose where you're stuck and find the one or two things that will actually move the needle. You leave with a plan for the next 7 days.
Step 2
Side project, first dollar, first ten customers. We find where you actually are, cut the roadmap to one line, and hand the build work to AI tools so your hours go to customer conversations.
Step 3
You put a price and a payment link live before it feels ready, then run your first customers the way you ran enterprise accounts. That is a founder, not someone working on something.
Answer 8 quick questions and get a calm reality check on where you are right now as a solo SaaS founder, plus the one priority for your next 7 days.
Ways to work together
One transformation, from half-finished side project to paying customer, at the level of support that matches your week.
Done with you
